‘Jess Conrad — From Blitz to Glitz’, ‘Sir Clive Sinclair — The C5 Story’, and animated feature ‘Agaton Sax: The Movie’ are now streaming for free on Amazon Prime, production house AUK Studios has announced.
“We are pleased to have a growing range of titles streaming on Amazon Prime Video,” said AUK Studios CEO Paul Andrews in a press release. This move is described as the “first phase of new content” by Andrews as he shines a light on AUK Studios’ partnerships with other license holders. He continues: “We have a range of licensed content in pre-production which we are confident will prove very successful with viewers and potential investors, with SEIS investment now available.”
‘Jess Conrad — From Blitz to Glitz’ is a documentary charting the life and times of actor, singer and 1960s icon Jess Conrad. A companion to Conrad’s forthcoming autobiography (also titled ‘From Blitz to Glitz), like the book, the documentary promises “anecdotes and revelations about some of the world’s biggest stars”.
The second featured documentary is ‘Sir Clive Sinclair — The C5 Story’. To some, the Sinclair C5 will need no introduction. However, this documentary charts the invention and launch of the fascinating, but ultimately ill-fated, electric vehicle.
AUK Studios have also flexed their animation muscles with ‘Agaton Sax: The Movie’. A remaster of the classic animated feature, now with an all-new voice cast and soundtrack, ‘Agaton Sax: The Movie’ sees Swedish detective Agaton Sax and his computer sidekick Clever Dick on the case of two of the world’s most dangerous criminals.
Based in Luton, United Kingdom, AUK Studios was prolific throughout 2023, releasing two documentaries, multiple audio dramas, and two feature films. This includes the co-production of the British horror film ‘LORE’, which premiered in London’s Leicester Square at FrightFest 2023.
