Microsoft has confirmed eight games that are leaving the Xbox Game Pass line-up in April 2023 including one that fans are confused about.
Although there are new Xbox Game Pass games added every month, it’s a sad reality that games are also regularly getting removed from the service as well. Microsoft themselves haven’t released an official blog post detailing the games leaving, it has been updated on its Leaving Soon page. This usually means that these games are being removed on the 15th, but it is possible this won’t happen to April 30th.
According to the Xbox Game Pass Leaving Soon Section, the list of games that are being removed are:
- Quantum Break
- The Rift Breaker
- Moonglow Bay
- Rainbow Six Extraction
- Panzer Corps 2
- The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos – Chicken Edition
- Life is Strange: True Colors
- The Long Dark
The Subscribers of the Game Pass were alerted early that some of these games are leaving in April 2023. For example, it was announced in advance that the popular survival game The Long Dark would be leaving the lineup this month alongside Quantum Break that is still puzzling subscribers on why.
Regardless, Xbox Game Pass subscribers interested in playing any of these games should be sure to do so between now and April 15 if they want to play the games as a part of their subscription before its gone.
